- Angela Murray became the first of the *Big Brother* icons to be voted out of the house, and now speaks her mind on the way to the jury house.
- Did we ask Angela about her multiple nomination ceremony freak-outs? Oh, you *know* we did.
- What exactly does Angela think she saw underwater between Drew and Melody? Yeah, we asked that too.
āJust because weāre labeled icons, weāre just like you,ā Angela Murray noted in her final speech before voting on Thursdayās live *Big Brother* eviction episode. āWEāRE NOT DIFFERENT!ā
Maybe not, but the icons certainly *played* differently for the first two months of the season, running the game and steering clear of any real danger. But that all changed this week when Barrett Pfeiffer sought revenge for the ouster of his house crush Mallory Aurichio. He put Angela, Dee Valladares, and Rick Devens on the block, but Angela began the week seemingly the safest of the three.
However, all that changed once Dee convinced Yash Patel and Taylor Brown that she was a much better person to keep because she could win competitions and was ready to wage war against Barrett, Drew Campbell, and Melody Morris. So once Devens won the BB Block-Bluster, guaranteeing his safety, it was Angela that was evicted by a vote of 3-2.
How did Angelaās second tour of the *Big Brother *house compare to her first? What were her highest and lowest moments? And what does she have to say about her nomination ceremony freak-outs at Jason and Yash. We asked juror number two all that and more.

Angela Murray on āBig Brotherā season 28.
**: How would you compare your time on season 28 to your previous outing on season 26?**
**ANGELA MURRAY:** I think I would say that I went in knowing that I didnāt wanna be paranoid so much. I wanted to have a lot of fun. This was my redemption. So I wanted to get in there and I wanted to strategize. I wanted to play *Big Brother*. So I think thatās a difference.
Last time I wanted that, but I fell short of it. You know, paranoid got the best of me, emotions and that sort of thing. And I always felt like I was self-sabotaging. And this time, I didnāt do that as much and I did strategize and I did have fun. So I think thatās the difference of both seasons.

**You were the queen of nomination ceremony drama this season. Which nomination ceremony screaming match was more epic: the one against Jason or the one against Yash?**
Oh my gosh. Okay. Thatās a big title ā the queen of nomination ceremonies! If it was between Jason and Yash, Iām gonna have to go with Jason. That was WHOA! That was explosive on both ends. A lot of emotion there and a lot of drama. Iām gonna go with Jason.

Angela Murray on āBig Brotherā season 28.
**You are obviously a very emotional person who feels things very deeply. What were your highest and lowest moments in the house this season?**
My highest is probably aligning with the icons and getting out Rome, because I felt like that was mine. Even though it was Devensā HOH and his decision-making, I was also a catalyst in that whole thing. So I felt proud, I felt in charge, I felt part of something. That was probably my highest high.
My lowest low would probably have to be my demise, the end. And sitting next to Dee, it was very reminiscent of sitting next to Leah on season 26. You know, youāre sitting next to your bestie in the house, your confidant, your everything. And just knowing that one of us was gonna leave that night was really my lowest low.

Angela Murray on āBig Brotherā season 28.
**What exactly do you think you saw going on between Drew and Melody in that pool, and were you hoping to see a full-blown showmance in the house this season?**
We all know that Drew and Melody stay up all night long together. Theyāre inseparable. The eye gazing across the room, they kinda have their own little language going on. They can literally appear to read each otherās lips. And, you know, it was just that one night that everything kind of aligned.
Iām sitting across on the pool. Iām the only one that has this visual, and I am not watching Drew pursue Melody, I am watching Melody pursue Drew. Sheās literally playing footsies and going up and down his leg and playing with his feet with hers. And I mean, body language tells all. So there is definitely something going on there. A lot of flirtation, if not a showmance.
And was I hoping to see that showmance? Yes, we all are! Itās part of *Big Brother.* Showmances are so fun. I live vicariously through those. Theyāre fun, the drama. They are very good at not showing too much PDA, but if you read between the lines, baby, itās all over the walls.

**Finally, how many of his chores do you think Chuck has taken care of while you have been gone?**
How many chores do I think Chuck has taken care of since Iāve been on *Big Brother?* I hope all of them, but Iām a realist. I think heāll attack the most important and put off the others āĀ until probably October 1st.
