Celebrities including Julia Roberts, Christian Bale and Emily Blunt may have some of the highest profiles in Hollywood, but they’ve kept their little ones under the radar and far away from the spotlight.

That’s changing bit by bit, however, as the kids are growing older and are showing up at different events with their famous parents now and again. Some superstar parents have opted to keep their kids away from the Hollywood cameras altogether but will show fans small glimpses on social media instead.

From Cate Blanchett’s sons to Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s two kids to Pharrell’s triplets, check out photos of some celebrity kids we rarely see.

Fergie and her now-ex-husband Josh Duhamel welcomed son Axl Jack in 2013, but the two co-parent him fairly privately. For his 13th birthday on Aug. 29, 2026, the proud parents shared some of their favorite pics with the teen and Fergie expressed her pride and disbelief at how fast he’s growing. “13. 🎂🎂 Wow, my teenager. I’m saying that with tears in my eyes as I feel like the world is shifting beneath us,” the singer wrote.

“It’s so beautiful to watch you grow into the kind, silly, and cool dude you are. You are so tough bruh 🤣🤣,” she added. “Happy 13th Axl Jack. I love you.”

The 22-year-old stars in Company, a gothic mystery movie directed by his father. While his little brother, Atticus, also features in the film, he wasn’t photographed at the event and Indiana was snapped with costars Emily Lind and Scoot Mcnairy.

Mother and son were wearing matching black ensembles with Blanchett in a sparkly, asymmetrical black top paired with black leather pants, while Roman opted for a suit and a light blue pin.

On July 7, the actress stepped out with son Ignatius as they attended the Giorgio Armani Privé fashion show during Paris Fashion Week.

Blanchett and her husband Andrew Upton also share two other children — their eldest son Dashiell John, and daughter Edith Vivian Patricia, who is their last born.

Bullock likes to keep her private life private, but she made an exception when she and her daughter, Laila, appeared on Red Table Talkto surprise a nurse on the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic.

The star surprised April Buencamino, a nurse manager for the COVID-19 unit at California’s Adventist Health (White Memorial) Hospital, where Bullock, her partner Bryan Randall, and her two children, Laila and Louis, donated thousands of KN95 masks to healthcare workers.

After inviting Laila to thank April, she proudly told the group of her daughter: “She’s our world superhero. She’s the one who’ll save the world in our family, so she’s ready. She’s ready to join you out there April in a few years!”

For Mother’s Day on May 10, 2026, Bullock shared a rare throwback of both her children — Laila has an older sibling, Louis — when they were younger. “To all the mamas, No matter how you came to be, Happy Mother’s Day,” Bullock wrote in the caption. “We are all bound by this honor of a lifetime.”

Matt Damon hardly steps out with any of his four girls, so it was a treat to see him in full #GirlDad mode at the Jan. 13, 2025 premiere of his movie, The Rip.

The veteran actor pulled up with his wife Luciana Barroso and daughters Isabella, 19, Gia, 17 and Stella, 15. Absent from the flashing lights was Barroso’s daughter from a previous relationship, 26-year-old Alexia, who generally prefers to keep a low profile, but joined the family inside the event.

This is hardly the first time the girls have come out to support their dad, though. Back in 2023, the family stepped out for the premiere of AIRand they were with him for the premiere of The Odyssey this summer.
