Maia Knight revealed that she experienced a chemical pregnancy nine months after having her third child.
On Tuesday, May 12, the influencer posted a TikTok explaining how she started to think she might be expecting again last month. Knight — who is mom to twins Violet and Scout, 5, and a son, whom she and her husband Jake welcomed in July 2025 — said she took several tests to check on her instincts while she was about eight days past ovulation (DPO).
"I took a test, and it was positive. And I took another one, a different brand, and it was positive. And I took another one, a different brand, and it was positive," said Knight, 29. "Then the next day, they were fading."

She ultimately concluded that she detected a chemical pregnancy "really, really early." Per the Cleveland Clinic, the term "chemical pregnancy" describes a pregnancy loss that occurs before the fifth week of gestation, and it's often indicated by an initially positive test followed by a negative result a few weeks later.
The medical institution also states that it's common for people to have a chemical pregnancy without knowing they had one at all, and most who experience them go on to still have healthy pregnancies.
"If I wasn't a psycho and didn't test at eight DPO, I wouldn't have even known," said Knight. "It's kind of sad."

She showed the camera her rows of pregnancy tests, noting how they show positive results. However, the content creator maintained that she just finished her period, so she is now sure she's not currently pregnant.
"Don't make fun of me for this," the mom of three added. "I just feel like my hormones are so wacked. My face is so bad. I don't think my face has been this bad since, like, 7th grade. Pray for me."

Five months after she delivered her son last summer, Knight revealed that she had a miscarriage in an Instagram Reel posted on Feb. 25. The video began with clips of Knight taking pregnancy tests before her trip to Iceland, but it then cut to a somber clip recorded inside her car.
"I am currently having a miscarriage," Knight said in the video. "Those are words I wished I never had to f---ing say, but here we are. I was six weeks and two days, I started bleeding, went to the ER, and that was two days ago."
