Knots Landing star Donna Mills does 100 sit-ups every day, and thatās not all.
The 85-year-old also plays tennis five times a week.
She says her past as a ballet dancer gave her a ādiscipline that most people donāt have.ā
Donna Millsā workout routine puts all othersā to shame.
The Knots Landingstar admitted that, at 85 years old, she remains focused on staying active and completely cuts out sugar in her diet. (Nacho cheese-flavored Doritos, however, are fair game.)
āI do 100 sit-ups a day, 50 leg lifts, lots of stretching. I have a ballet barre in my little gym. And ride the bike for about 45 minutes or an hour,ā she told Fox News Digitalin an interview.
The actress also said she tries to play tennis five times a week and, due to her background as a ballet dancer, has a ādiscipline that most people donāt.ā
āI mean, I was on pointe, the whole thing... ballet is very hard,ā she added, noting that her fitness regimen is āa lotā and āyou got to work at it.ā
As for her stance on sweets, Mills told Fox News Digital that sheās been āanti-sugarā ever since she read the 1975 book Sugar Blues. ā[It] really talked about the sugar industry and everything, and I have stayed away from it ever since.ā
Doritos, though, are her guilty pleasureāeven if she knows theyāre bad for her. She even used to get gifted bags of the crunchy snack on sets.

āIām a Doritos addict,ā Mills confessed. āI mean, itās not good for you. Itās not. You know, I know I shouldnāt do it... I donāt eat them as much as I used to. But theyāre still a treat.ā

The actress detailed her lifestyle must-dos while discussing her new OnlyFans account, which she launched on July 30. (According to the Creators Inc. Podcast, sheās already making āmany six figures.ā)
Although she originally knew nothing about the adults-only platform, Millsāwho also appeared as Madeline Reeves on General Hospitalātold Fox News Digital sheās now fully embracing the new opportunity to connect with fans.
āI think what the page will be, will be spicy. Thatās kind of always been my thing, to be a little spicy,ā Mills said, noting that sheās even shared her past Playboy photos. āI think theyāll react to that, theyāll like that, and also itās my chance to communicate with them through the videos and things like that and talk to them.ā

Mills insisted people are not only interested in seeing sexy snaps of her, but theyāre looking for peeks inside her home and what she does during the day. āThey want to know much more about my personal life than we ever experienced back in the ā80s and the ā90s that, you know, the fans were cut off from,ā she explained.
Mills continued, āWhen I kind of looked at it a few years ago and said, āWhat do I want to do with this portion of my life, this chapter in my life?ā I said, āIād like to be an inspiration.ā Iād like to show people, and particularly women, that it doesnāt have to be over. Itās just a new chapter. Itās not the end... Itās just something you can enjoy. You should enjoy. Itās part of your life.ā
