Michael J. Fox shared some throwback photos of his daughter Esmé for her 25th birthday.

The actor and his wife, Tracy Pollan, also share twin daughters Schuyler and Aquinnah and son Sam.

Fox’s family supported him at the Emmy Awards in September, where he won the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award.

Michael J. Fox is celebrating his daughter Esmé’s 25th birthday with some sweet throwback photos.

The Back to the Future actor posted about his youngest child on Nov. 3 with pictures of Esmé as a baby, during the 2026 United Airlines NYC Half Marathon this past March, which she ran with sister Schuyler, and in a graduation cap and gown.

“Ezzie, you’ve been many people over the last quarter century…all of them fabulous! Happy birthday, I love you so much! 🧡,” Fox captioned the Instagram post.

Fox and his wife, Tracy Pollan, are parents to four kids: Esmé, Sam, Aquinnah, and Schuyler. Pollan shared her own tribute to her youngest on Instagram, Tuesday, writing, “Happy birthday to my heart and soul! @esmeannabelle I could not love you more!”

Esmé graduated from Duke University in 2025 with a degree in global culture studies and literature, and interned at Tampa Bay Times and Bloomberg News. She works as a production assistant at the Today show, PEOPLE reported in September.

Esmé, along with her siblings and Pollan, attended the 2026 Emmy Awards to support Fox, where he received the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award.

“I thank Tracy and our kids for their sacrifices, for their patience and for their love. You have no idea,” the actor said during his speech in September.

“[My kids have learned] empathy, resilience, and also sorting out what’s important from what’s not — things like vanity,” he told Good Housekeeping at the time, per PEOPLE.

He also compared Parkinson’s disease’s fleeting moments to those of raising a family. There is “not one moment that is frozen in time,” Fox told the publication.

“I’m not feeling particularly steady right now, but this is not going to last for more than a couple of minutes,” he explained.

“Same with raising kids. There are no moments you have frozen in amber. It’s moving, it’s changing, so appreciate what’s good about right now and be ready for what’s next.”
