Ryan Seacrest Fans Have One Question About His Shirtless Beach Workout

While Ryan Seacrest is reflecting on his summer and his beach workouts, his followers had other thoughts in mind. Many of them asked the same question in the comments after he shared images of himself on social media.
“From the summer camera roll: vacation workouts just hit different,” he captioned the Instagram post on September 10. Seacrest set the post to the song “I Feel Good” by Pink Sweat$.
Whoever filmed the video started off with a scenic view of the water. Then, they panned to the Wheel of Fortune host across the beach doing squats with hand weights. They got closer and closer until they were only a few feet from him.
Seacrest worked out with no shirt, short black shorts, and black water shoes. Hand weights, barbells, and other workout equipment sat in a straight line behind him.
He continued to do squats and lift the weights above his head. More views of the ocean could be seen before Seacrest appeared to lie on a towel. He did crunches and lifted his hips up as he used a bigger weight on his arms.
At the end of the video, a sweaty Seacrest looked out at the ocean and threw the weights down on the sand. This isn’t the first time he has shared his beach workouts. In April, the American Idolhost shared a close-up video of his six-pack abs while he lifted weights in the sand.
However, this time, fans had one question they were all asking. Who carried all of those weights to the beach?
“Must’ve been fun for the person who had to carry all those weights,” an Instagram user said.

“I thought the same thing. I’d have to lug them out myself,” a fan replied. One commenter said that someone probably had a small car and carried the weights out in it.

“And WHO carried the weights?” another asked.
“Wondering the same,” a fan replied with a laughing emoji.
“I want to know which person brought all those weights to the beach…. I don’t want that job,” a follower said.
“That was nice of whoever to bring all those weights down there for you!” another commented.
“I have so many logistical questions,” one last fan said.
