Anne Hathaway’s maternity style remains unmatched.

Since she was pregnant with her first baby, Jonathan, in 2016, the Academy Award-winning actress has served one memorable look after another.

Following her announcement that she was expecting her third child with her husband Adam Shulman — the couple also share another son, Jack, born in 2019 — Hathaway put her baby bump on display while promoting her 2026 film The Odyssey.

“This is very, very fun. It’s extremely surreal,” she told PEOPLE in July 2026. “But I’m at an age and a moment in my career where I know stuff like this doesn’t come around very often, certainly doesn’t last forever, so I’m just gonna surf this wave for as long as it lasts.”

After confirming her pregnancy on Instagram, The Devil Wears Prada star stepped onto her first red carpet as an expectant mother for an art show benefiting the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in January 2016.

Hathaway glowed in an embellished Marc by Marc Jacobs mini dress and Miu Miu platform heels, per the HuffPost.

While pregnant with Jonathan, she also stunned at the 2016 Vanity Fair Oscar Party in a black-and-gold Naeem Khan caftan-style gown.

During her second pregnancy, The Idea of You star met and began working with stylist Erin Walsh, who told British Voguein November 2022 that they bonded over the “love and light” they believed fashion should embody — much like the all-white Oscar de la Renta ensemble Hathaway wore for Amazon’s Museum of Modern Love pop-up.

Earlier that year, the actress attended the opening night of Sea Wall/A Life on Broadway while rocking a custom hot pink dress by Brandon Maxwell.

She shared in a July 2019 Instagram post that the designer had stitched a tag inside the garment that read “Anne + 1” to mark her first red-carpet appearance while pregnant with Jack.

Following the announcement that she was pregnant with her third child, Hathaway was spotted outside of the Four Seasons in New York City’s Financial District in a traffic-stopping all-red jumpsuit from independent designer Ashlynn Park’s label, Ashlyn.

Voguereported that she had worn the ensemble backward — a happy accident the actress later poked fun at in an Instagram Reel.

In July 2026, Hathaway kicked off her press tour for The Odyssey in a delicate, flowy white Blumarine mini dress, which she paired with brown knee-high Gianvito Rossi boots.

Hathaway was ethereal at the London premiere for The Odyssey, wearing a blue Jonathan Anderson for Dior gown, which she had bought months before announcing her pregnancy.

“I saw this dress, actually, when I was looking for some options for The Devil Wears Prada 2 press,” the actress told Entertainment Tonightat the premiere. “And I fell in love with it.”

She continued, “And I said, ‘If it’s alright, would you please wait for me and hold this for me? Because in a few months I think it’s going to work.’ ”
