- Sharon Osbourne is paying tribute to her late husband, Ozzy Osbourne, on what would have been their 46th anniversary.

- "It is a celebration of a love that even death could not diminish. I miss your hand in mine, but I carry your love with me every step of the way," she wrote in an emotional tribute on social media.

- Ozzy died on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76 after suffering a heart attack.

It has been nearly a year since the world lost rock & roll legend Ozzy Osbourne, but he lives forever in Sharon Osbourne's heart.

In 1982, the Black Sabbath frontman married Sharon, whose father, Don Arden, managed the band. They remained together thorough Ozzy's death at age 76 on July 22, 2025.

Sharon poured her heart out for her late husband on Saturday, which would have marked the 46th anniversary of their wedding.

"Today would have been our 46th wedding anniversary. Instead, it is a celebration of a love that even death could not diminish," she wrote on Instagram, over a picture of her hand in Ozzy's, his gold wedding band prominent on his ring finger.

Sharon continued in the post, " I miss your hand in mine, but I carry your love with me every step of the way. Forever my husband. Forever my heart."

Sharon and Ozzy's legion of famous friends and fans flooded the comment section of her heartfelt post with loving reassurance for the 73-year-old, as well memories of the couple.

Ozzy's cause of death was revealed in the weeks after his death as a cardiac arrest and "acute myocardial infarction," with joint causes listed as coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction.

Every member of the immediate Osbourne family reacted with shock and grief. Jack Osborune, who appeared on the reality series *The Osbournes *with Ozzy, Sharon, and his sister Kelly, noted that he was "full of so much sadness and sorrow, but also so much love and gratitude." Kelly, meanwhile, thanked fans for sending "beautiful messages" about Ozzy, which "helped carry me through the hardest moment of my life."
