Stassi Schroeder is teasing what fans can expect from her new reality show, 'House of Stassi'
The reality star says that fans can expect guest appearances from other Vanderpump Rules stars
She promises a raw and vulnerable look at her life, focusing on nuanced moments rather than dramatic fights
Stassi Schroeder says fans can expect something new from her upcoming series, House of Stassi.
During the Disney 2026 Upfront event on Tuesday, May 12, the Vanderpump Rules alum, 37, teased what fans can expect — and which guests they can be on the lookout for — with her new Freeform reality show, which begins streaming in late July.
"It’s like nothing anyone’s ever seen,” Schroeder tells PEOPLE. “‘Cause we do a lot of breaking the fourth wall and acknowledging that we are filming a show and that we are on a show and that we came from a show.”
She adds, “It’s also nostalgic at the same time because you know I have Katie [Maloney] and Kristina [Kelly] from Vanderpump Rules on it. It truly is this raw, real show about where we are now."

Schroeder also says that coming from a reality show and being on another one “doesn’t affect us” and the stars on the show are “not pretending” for the cameras. “And so we open ourselves up. We cut ourselves open for it,” she says. “We’re used to it. I think we’re so used to doing that for reality TV, like our whole adult life we grew up just bleeding out for reality television, that’s all we know how to do.”
The reality star notes that fans can also expect to see more “vulnerability” on the show. “Because we’re at a place where we have so much more to lose,” Schroeder says. “So it’s not the same type of backhandy fights. No one’s throwing drinks on each other.”
“It’s way more real and nuanced and layered and you know I think the audience has grown up with us,” she adds. “So I think the audience will understand that.”

Schroeder — who shares two kids with her husband Beau: Hartford Charlie Rose, 5, and Messer Rhys, 2 — opened up earlier this month to PEOPLE about balancing work and her home life. “I'm living in a constant state of mom guilt or mom anxiety,” Schroeder said. “There's not a day that goes by that I'm not like, ‘I could be doing this better, I could be more present.' ”

“It's a constant struggle for moms everywhere, but then when you're a working mom, it can get really isolating and lonely, and you're constantly just doubting yourself,” she added.
House of Stassi followsSchroeder as she steps "back into the spotlight to redefine her place in pop culture — but staying on top means confronting the ghosts of her past and a chaotic inner circle with a talent for disrupting her life," per a synopsis. Alongside its titular star, Kelly, Maloney and Clark, the series will feature Taylor Strecker, Georgianna Aubin, Rob Evors and Taylor “Teddy” Donohue.
Schroeder previously appeared on Vanderpump Rules before she and co-star Kristen Doute were firedin June 2020 over racially insensitive actions, which they have since acknowledged and apologized for.
House of Stassi premieres on July 29 on Freeform. The full season will available to stream on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ the following day.
