May 14 (Reuters) - Former British Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner has been cleared by the country's tax authority HMRC of deliberate wrongdoing or carelessness over her tax affairs, the Guardian reported on Thursday, paving the way for a potential leadership bid.
