Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are parents to 19 children: 10 boys and nine girls.
The Duggar family initially rose to prominence with their reality television show, 19 Kids and Counting, which aired on TLC from 2008 to 2015. The hit show featured the conservative Christian family's 19 kids, whose names all start with the same letter: Josh, Jana, John-David, Jill, Jessa, Jinger, Joseph, Josiah, Joy-Anna, Jedidiah, Jeremiah, Jason, James, Justin, Jackson, Johannah, Jennifer, Jordyn-Grace and Josie.
However, the show was canceled in 2015 after their eldest child, Josh, was accused of sexually abusing multiple girls, including his sisters, Jill (Duggar) Dillard and Jessa (Duggar) Seewald. In 2021, Josh was arrested on child pornography charges and sentenced to 12 years in prison the following year.
The family faced another controversy in March 2026 when Joseph was arrested on charges of child molestation in connection with an incident allegedly involving a 9-year-old girl in 2020.
While Josh and Joseph have both been arrested in connection with sex crimes, many of the eight other brothers have found love and started families. Here's everything to know about where the Duggar brothers are now.
Josh Duggar, 38

Josh is the eldest child of Jim Bob and Michelle and was born on March 3, 1988. In September 2008, he married Ann Keller Duggar, and they went on to have seven children.
In 2015, Josh was accused of sexually abusing five girls, including sisters Jill and Jessa. Shortly after, Josh addressed the accusations and said that he had "acted inexcusably" and "hurt others, including my family and close friends."
"I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation," Josh said in a 2015 statement. "We spoke with the authorities where I confessed my wrongdoing, and my parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling. I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life.”
However, six years later, Josh was arrested in 2021 on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography. He was found guilty of two charges of knowingly receiving and possessing child pornography that December and was sentenced to more than 12 years in federal prison in May 2022.
He is currently behind bars at FCI Seagoville federal prison in Texas, and has an expected release date of 2032. Meanwhile, Anna returned to social media in February 2026 for the first time since her husband's arrest.
John-David Duggar, 36

John-David and his twin sister, Jana, were born on Jan. 12, 1990. John-David met his future wife, Abbie, while attending the same homeschool conferences and they started a courtship in May 2018. They got married six months later and welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Grace, in January 2020.
The couple expanded their family in September 2022 when they welcomed son Charlie and announced in February 2026 that they had welcomed their third child, a daughter, the month prior.
John-David received his commercial pilot's license in November 2021.
Joseph Duggar, 31

The Duggars welcomed their third son, Joseph, on Jan. 20, 1995. Joseph became a real estate agent and met Kendra (née Caldwell) through church.
They got married in September 2017, and welcomed four children together: son Garrett David in 2018 and daughters Addison Renee in 2019 and Brooklyn Praise in 2021. Joseph and Kendra appear to have a fourth child, based on jail documents, but they have not confirmed the child's sex or name.
On March 18, 2026, Joseph was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim less than 12 years old and lewd and lascivious behavior conducted by a person 18 years or older. Joseph has been accused of molesting a then-9-year-old girl while vacationing with her family in Panama City Beach, Fla.
Prior to Joseph's arrest, the victim, who is now 14 years old, participated in a forensic interview following a report of past sexual abuse. The victim's father allegedly confronted Joseph about the abuse, and according to police, Joseph "allegedly admitted his actions to the father and Tontitown detectives."
Josiah Duggar, 29

Josiah, who was born on Aug. 28, 1996, met his future wife, Lauren Swanson, through his sisters. They married in June 2018 at John Brown University Cathedral of the Ozarks in Siloam Springs, Ark.
“What a joy it is to be husband and wife!” they told PEOPLE at the time. “Our wedding day was absolutely perfect!”

In November 2019, the couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Bella Milagro. They had their little girl after Lauren suffered a miscarriage and opened up about the difficult experience on Counting On.
The pair have reportedly welcomed two other children but have not confirmed the news nor spoken publicly about them.
Jedidiah Duggar, 27

Jedidiah, who goes by "Jed," was born on the same day as his twin, Jeremiah, on Dec. 30, 1998. He attempted to follow in his father's footsteps as a politician and ran for the Arkansas State House of Representatives for District 89 in 2019 but lost.
As for his personal life, Jed wed his wife, Katey, in April 2021. At the time, a rep for the family told PEOPLE that the ceremony was held "with family and close friends in attendance," while Jed shared how excited he was to start a life with Katey.
The couple became parents in May 2022 when they welcomed son Truett and later added daughter Nora to the family in May 2023. In January 2025, Jed and Katey welcomed twin daughters, Elsie Kate and Emma Kate.
Jeremiah Duggar, 27

Jeremiah, whose twin is Jedidiah, is a pilot, real estate agent and proud dad. Jeremiah announced in March 2022 that he married his girlfriend, Hannah (née Wissman), three months after they shared the news of their engagement.
Jeremiah and Hannah welcomed their first daughter, Brynley Noelle, on Christmas Day 2022. They expanded their family just 14 months later when they welcomed their second daughter, Brielle Grace, in February 2024. In May 2025, the couple announced that they had welcomed a third daughter, Emery "Emy" Jane.

Michelle and Jim Bob welcomed son Jason on April 21, 2000. He has gone on to renovate and flip homes.
In October 2024, he married his girlfriend of a year, Maddie. Jason and Maddie previously explained that they are focusing on their marriage and careers before trying to start a family.
"I'm trying to finish up school," Maddie explained on Jinger's podcast Jinger and Jeremy in August 2025. "I want to just enjoy this time. I can always get pregnant later on, Lord willing. But right now, we just want to chill. We're still getting to know each other. We know each other, but you're still getting to know each other in the first year of marriage."
She added, "No babies at all. We just babysit and get humbled."
James Duggar, 24

James was born on July 7, 2001, and has kept much of his personal and professional life private.
The Duggar family's website describes him as a "skilled operator of heavy equipment, and a essential worker on any job site" and "the rancher in the family, regularly tending to a herd of cattle."
James occasionally posts pictures and videos of him celebrating holidays with his family, spreading his religion on mission trips and hanging out with friends. Based on Jana's Sept. 30, 2025 YouTube video, James was dating his sister-in-law's sister, Lydia Swanson.
Justin Duggar, 23

Justin is the second youngest son in the Duggar family and was born on Nov. 15, 2002. Growing up, Justin played several sports and started learning about mechanics and construction.
In November 2020, Justin announced that he was engaged to Claire Spivey, and they got married a few months later in February 2021. Justin and Claire don't frequently post updates on social media, but they have previously shared that they live on a ranch with small horses.
Jackson Duggar, 21

Jackson is the 10th and youngest son of Jim Bob and Michelle, born on May 23, 2004. Jackson is "talkative and outgoing" and "full of adventure," per the family website.
In the years since appearing on his family's reality TV show, Jackson has stayed out of the spotlight and doesn't appear to post on social media. In 2022, Michelle announced that Jackson completed the ALERT Academy's Basic Training Program, a military-style Christian discipleship program.
